All three are terminal programs that call a model in the cloud: none of them needs a GPU, and all of them run the same on a server as on your desk. What the server adds is that they keep running.
Anthropic's agent, in your terminal
Claude Code reads your repository, edits files, runs your tests and commits - with your Claude subscription or an API key. On a server, start it inside tmux and detach: the session keeps going after you close SSH, and tmux attach brings you back to the same conversation.
