How many VPS can I create inside a pack?

As many as your quota allows: no pack caps the number of machines. The only limit is the quota itself - four 4 GB VPS and eight 2 GB VPS consume exactly the same RAM inside the Launch pack.

How many IPv4 addresses come with a pack?

Dedicated IPv4 are part of the pack: from 4 addresses on Young to 96 on Enterprise, assignable when you create each VPS. IPv6 is provided on top at no extra cost, and reverse DNS stays editable.

Can I change pack or add more quota?

Yes. You can move up to a larger pack at any time and the quota grows without recreating existing VPS. If your need is temporary, a second pack can also be added to the same reseller account.

In which countries can I create my clients' VPS?

Three countries are currently open to reseller packs: France (Paris), Germany (Frankfurt) and the United States (Nowy Jork). The same quota works in all three, with no location surcharge and no separate pack per country. Any other Infrawire location can be opened on request through the partner team.

Who provides technical support to my clients?

You remain your client's point of contact, under your own brand and pricing. Behind the scenes, a reseller support channel answers you on infrastructure, network and hardware incidents, in English and in French.
