Backup first
Export databases, sites, SSH keys and critical /etc files.
Via Infrawire client area
Request reinstall from your account when available on the offer.
Via IPMI virtual ISO
Mount ISO in IPMI → reboot → install from KVM.
Post-install
Updates, new root password, firewall, restore data and network tests.
